Job description/ job responsibilities:
 Reporting directly to the managing director and act as a personal assistant.
 Drafting, creating and typing documents such as memos, correspondence etc. as per guidelines with accurate typing, ensuring the document reads well, spelling mistakes corrected and punctuation and grammar checked.
 Handles different projects on hand of the company.
 Responsible for the inquiry and purchase of materials needed on the site projects.
 Assist accounts in checking delivery order and invoice against LPO and follow-up payments from the client.
 Checking all the materials against delivery.
 Processing and preparing by the workers for the materials to be shipped and preparing the documents needed for the shipment.
 To maintain organize daily work schedule of labours.
 Maintain daily tasks list, and arrange meetings and appointments.
 Plan and arrange all travel arrangements for business purposes.
 General administrative and office duties, such as directing phone, device and maintain office filling system, management office assets, maintaining records management database system.
 Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails.
 Manage and maintain a neat and pleasant appearance of the reception.
 Customer handling, follow up by phone calls.
 Ensure and provide excellent customer service.

Qualification and skills:

*Degree with relevant experience
*Preference for applicants with UAE experience
*Knowledge of Ms office
*Preference will be given to those having accounting knowledge
